We provide commercial parking lot sweeping and pressure washing services for shopping malls, neighborhood shopping centers, parking structures, warehouses, auto garages, police and fire department garages, bus depots, restaurants, Home Owner Associations, gated communities, business parks, hospitals and more.

Q: Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we have all of the required coverages that meet or exceed industry standards for commercial auto, general liability, occurrence and aggregate for additional insured certificates. Additionally, we are California Licensed contractors, through the CSLB for Pressure Washing and Sandblasting.

Q: Is a Storm Drain System the same thing as a Sanitary Sewer System?

Sewer systems and storm drain systems are not the same. The water that goes down a sink or toilet in your home flows to a wastewater treatment plant where it is treated and cleaned. Water that flows down a driveway, street, or parking lot goes into a storm drain, then goes directly into a natural body of water, untreated. While storm drains were designed to divert water from streets, they become dangerous water polluters when harmful substances from lawns, parking lots, and streets flow through them.

Q: What areas do you service?

Our service areas are the Inland Empire, San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

Q: What is the frequency of the services you provide?

We provide recurring parking lot sweeping and pressure washing based on your property’s or facility’s needs. This can be daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.

Q: How does a Parking Lot Sweeper work?

A parking lot sweeper truck is a very powerful vacuum cleaner that picks up everything from cups, paper, leaves, and trash. Additionally, fine dust, microparticles, and plastic bags, on pretty much any paved surface, will also be removed.  A parking lot sweeper also features a spinning brush that sends debris to the center vacuum area for removal and cleans curbs from accumulated debris.

Q: How does Pressure Washing Work?

Pressure Washing, also called Power Washing, is a highly effective cleaning method for surfaces that are soiled from automobile exhaust, toxic microparticles, spills, and body fluids, such as urine and vomit. Within the interior, of your store or restaurant, these harmful substances could be tracked and deposited through the footwear of unsuspecting patrons and on the exterior, a light rain could lead these same substances into the closest storm drains. We use gas-powered industrial-grade pressure washing units that feature both cold and hot water, able to reach up to 250°. The high temperature helps in sanitizing the surface area and mitigates the spread of many contagions and the strong smells and stains associated with them. The high heat capability also helps in the removal of unsightly chewing gum, coffee spills, and other stains, without the use of harsh chemicals. Additionally, we provide and recover the water with a vacuum and filtration system that recycles the used water back into our tanks and at the end of the day the reclaimed water is dumped in an EPA approved water treatment facility.

Q: What are the prices and payment methods / rates for the different services?

Our sweeping and pressure washing rates are very competitive, which allows our services to be customized to fit within the budget of our customers. Additionally, the size of the work area, type(Sweeping, Pressure Washing, or both) frequency, and the time needed to perform the services are factors that help in determining rates. Contact us to receive a free quote for any of the services we offer and we will do our best to find a price that fits within your organization’s budget.
